Norwegian trio of Morten Harket, Magne Furuholmen, and Pal Waaktaar-Savoy, formed in Oslo in 1982 and broken internationally from London with 1985's Hunting High and Low. One of the few acts of the MTV synth-pop wave to convert a single defining video into a career that outlasted the format by decades.
