Artist

River Cain

A fully fabricated AI country act: no real performer exists behind the name, name-checking a nonexistent label ("Storm Records") and fake America's Got Talent audition footage that racked up tens of millions of views before anyone flagged it as invented. Exposed by Showbiz411's Roger Friedman on August 16, 2026, who raised -- without confirming -- a possible link to Dallas Little, the Greenville, South Carolina operator already behind the AI acts Eddie Dalton and IngaRose. Unlike those two, River Cain's own social bios do disclose the AI origin; what's alleged as fraudulent is the fake AGT credit and a chart run that spiked well after the songs' original release.

Hell Out of Me

The title track anchoring the River Cain hoax is a competently assembled mainstream-country pastiche with nothing underneath it -- which, once you know the artist doesn't exist, is exactly the problem.
