Luther Vandross
New York-born singer, songwriter and producer (1951-2005). After years as a session and background vocalist -- including vocal arrangements on David Bowie's Young Americans -- he released his debut album Never Too Much on Epic in August 1981. A 2026 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Performer inductee.
